Career planners can create the following reports to review data about the last service provided to participants (when no future services are planned) within the past 60 days. Career planners can use this opportunity to review the services for these participants, ensure they are ready to exit, and update services when appropriate to prevent an exit.

Episode Exits Detail-BI launch pad | Provides details about the program episode exits of the WDA(s) and program(s) selected within the selected time frame. Details include exit date, follow-up credential, and follow-up credential date, as well as employment status and hourly wage data at time of exit and in the four follow-up quarters. |
Episode Exits Summary | Provides summaries of exits that took place during the selected time frame. Summaries include information about follow-up credentials, education status at exit, and employment status and hourly wage averages at exit and during the four follow-up quarters. |
Exit Warning Details | Provides contact and service details about the date on which an exit will be created for program participants in the WDA(s) selected. |
Exit Warning Details-Secondary | Provides contact and service details about the date on which an exit will be created for program participants in the WDA(s) selected. This report does not contain the participant's email address. |
Exit Warning Summary | Provides summaries by program and by WDA of when participants' program exits will take place. |
Exit Warning-ASSET | The Exit Warning report allows WIOA Title I, TAA, and Title 3 workers to create and view a list of all customers for whom an automatic exit will be created within the next 60 days due to a lack of activity (i.e., no registration date or date of service within the last 90 days) for the episode. The Exit Warning report is a "real time" report, populated with the most current system information available each time a worker opens it. |
