Employer Service Provider (ESP) Unemployment Resources

An ESP or employer agent is any third party who prepares the quarterly contribution tax and/or wage report on behalf of an employer who is subject to Wisconsin's Unemployment Insurance (UI) law. All ESPs preparing reports for employers must file employer tax and wage reports using an electronic medium and approved format. Tax and wage reports may be filed electronically only if an employer has a UI account number. If you have any questions, please contact us at BTAESP@dwd.wisconsin.gov.
