11.7 Cohort Timeframes (Report Periods)

WIOA Performance Accountability System became effective July 1, 2016. Only participants with exit dates on or after 7/1/2016 will be counted in WIOA performance indicators. Participants who were enrolled using WIA or WIOA standards on before July 1, 2016 are subject to WIOA performance indicators if the participant continues their period of participation until July 1, 2016 or later. Participants who exit prior to July 1, 2016 will be reported on a WIA Closeout Report. Further instructions on the closeout report will be published by the Employment Training Administration. Program participants will be included in the primary indicators of performance within the following report periods for the following years:
