The WC Division issues Insurance Letters to communicate information with external WC customers. The reasons vary but may include the need to communicate changes in policies or procedures, to highlight law changes and impacts on external WC customers, to announce benefit rate changes, to distribute annual assessments, or to announce a new program or new technology that strengthens customer service.

Ins 535 04/12/2022 To announce the elimination of § 102.11(1)(am), Wis. Stats., and the amendments to § 102.11(1)(ap), Wis. Stats., and § 102.11(1)(f), Wis. Stats., created by 2022 Wis. Act 232, effective April 10, 2022, to provide changes in the method that the average weekly wage (AWW) is calculated for part-time employees.
