Presentations and Resources for the Worker's Compensation Division Fall 2022 Workshop

FALL WORKSHOP AGENDA

The Wisconsin Worker's Compensation Division is pleased to announce that registration is now open for its Fall 2022 Workshop! This virtual webinar is designed for self-insured employers, members of the insurance industry, including TPAs and CHOs who handle Wisconsin worker's compensation claims, and others who interface with the worker's compensation system. In response to your feedback, the program has been organized differently this Fall. The program will start with our legal updates presentation, which includes information on all 2022 changes to worker's compensation law. The remaining presentations on reports and notices, PPD determination, final medical reports, internet reporting, and wage determination may be a good review for all stakeholders, but these presentations will be aimed at those who are relatively new to the Wisconsin worker's compensation system. Next Spring we will offer a webinar that focuses on more specialized topics that will be geared toward those who have more experience handling Wisconsin worker's compensation claims.

The Fall training is scheduled for a single day and will occur on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. Registration will grant you access to your choice of any or all of the training sessions. Please share the link to this website with colleagues that you think might benefit from this webinar. There is no fee for the Fall or Spring training.
