Equal Rights Division User Guides

Overview

Our user guides include information about submitting exhibits for cases, using our secure file sharing (WIBOX) software, participating in online hearings, filing select complaints electronically, requesting work permits, and more

Exhibit Submission Guidance

We use an electronic case management system to store all case-related documents. When submitting case-related documents, exhibits, and audio, video, or image files, please follow these instructions closely to help avoid delays in processing your case.

File Sharing

For large files we use a secure file sharing service called WIBox. If you need to transfer files to or from us please contact your Investigator or Administrative Law Judge for access.

Online Hearings

We developed the online hearing process to modernize the face-to-face traditional hearings.

Online Complaints

We offer electronic complaint filing for Labor Standards and some Civil Rights Complaints.

Case Portal

We offer case parties access to information about their case, including case status, in our Case Portal.

Work Permits

We offer representatives for 14 and 15 year-olds to request a work permit online.

Application Directory

While the agency moves applications to a more modern and secure account management system, we created an application directory to inform users which ID was needed for each application.
