The employer’s reference to a black co-worker’s wig as a “rat’s nest” and comment about the inappropriateness of long fingernails while working in a print shop were inappropriate, but did not amount to harassment. Wilder v. Milwaukee Board of School Directors (LIRC 08/08/25).
