The Quality Jobs, Equity, Strategy, and Training (QUEST) Disaster Recovery Dislocated Worker Grant focuses on known economic issues arising from the COVID-19 public health emergency. Specifically, this grant seeks to address known deficiencies in the childcare economy related to access, quality, affordability, and wages through the provision of employment and training services, supportive services, business engagement, microenterprise and entrepreneurial skills development, and the creation of disaster-recovery employment. Funds for this grant were provided by the U.S. Department of Labor.
