Worker's Compensation Fall 2023 Workshop

Overview

Registration is now open for the Wisconsin Worker's Compensation Division's Fall 2023 Workshop! This virtual webinar, to be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, is designed for self-insured employers, members of the insurance industry, including TPAs and CHOs who handle Wisconsin worker's compensation claims, and others who interface with the worker's compensation system. The day's sessions will focus on introducing the Wisconsin worker's compensation system to newer stakeholders; however, the content will be a good review for all levels of experience. Topics for the day include legal updates, PPD determination, final medical reports, wage determination, internet reporting using the Pending Reports application, and claims processes including delays and IMEs. New this year is an interactive panel discussion hosted by subject matter experts within the Division of Worker's Compensation.

Next Spring's webinar will focus on specialized topics geared toward more experienced Wisconsin worker's compensation claims handlers and will include an abbreviated presentation of the basics.

Registration for this one-day webinar will grant you access to your choice of any or all of the training sessions. Please share the link to this website with colleagues who you think might be interested in this webinar.
