MADISON – Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development Secretary-designee Caleb Frostman testified today at his confirmation hearing before state lawmakers.
Governor Evers selected Frostman, former executive director of the Door County Economic Development Corporation and Senator from the 1st District, in January to lead the department.
"I would like to thank the committee members who attended today's hearing for giving me the opportunity to voice my hopes and plans for a prosperous Wisconsin," said Frostman. "I'm looking forward to working together to ensure that through investments in our economic infrastructure and effective and innovative programming, Wisconsin’s economy delivers for its employers, its employees and its entrepreneurs."
