Subject: Student Work Based Learning Services Update

Dear Service Provider,

DVR Student Work Based Learning Services began in 2017. Since this time, any DVR Service Provider approved to provide Job Preparation, Development, and Placement services was also approved to provide Student Work Based Learning Services. Although Student Work Based Learning Services is a stand-alone service occurring under the DVR Service Agreement (Agreement), it is not listed as a standalone service on your Agreement.

Effective the week of March 18, 2024, Student Work Based Learning Services will be listed as a standalone service on your Agreement. Adding Student Work Based Learning Services to the Agreement will require DVR to complete a manual update to your Agreement.

If you would like Student Work Based Learning Services identified on your Agreement, you must respond to this email by Friday, March 15, 2024. This applies even if you are currently providing Student Work Based Learning Services.

If I do not receive a response from you by Friday, March 15, 2024, DVR will assume you are not interested in providing Student Work Based Learning Services and the service will not be included on your Agreement. In this case, DVR will be unable to issue you an authorization for any Student Work Based Learning Service.
