Subject: Portal System Maintenance, Updates, and Reminders

Dear Service Provider,

Please share the following communication with your staff:

  1. The DVR Service Provider Portal System will be unavailable on Monday April 1, 2024 for scheduled system maintenance. This is scheduled to begin at 8:00 am and is expected to be available after 8:15 a.m. If you are online during this time, work may not save as expected and you may lose access to the Portal.

    2. If you experience issues after 8:15am please contact: DVRIRISHelpRequests@dwd.wisconsin.gov.

  2. The March 26, 2024 DVR Statewide Service Provider Meeting presentation is now available DVR Service Providers.
  3. We would also like to remind you that you are invited to a live demo/Q & A session to review the updated Service Location and Personnel functionality in the DVR Service Provider Portal. Three sessions are being offered at different days/times. These are not required, and you may attend any one of the sessions by following the meeting instructions below. There is no need to register or confirm your attendance.

    4. A Question & Answer document along with a recorded demo of the changes to the DVR Service Provider Portal will be posted on the DVR Service Providers webpage after the sessions are completed and all information is compiled.
