DVR Service Agreement - Personnel Updates

Subject: New DVR Service Agreements/Personnel Updates

Dear Service Provider,

The following message has been sent to all DVR Service Provider Main Contacts and may not apply to your business. Please share with your staff as appropriate.

Please DO NOT start a new agreement in your portal account before completing your personnel profile updates. If you already started a new service agreement, DVR will have to deny the agreement in order to allow you to make personnel profile updates.

On March 26, 2024 during the Statewide Service Provider Meeting, we shared that although the new agreement would be available in the portal on April 1st, new agreements should not be started before personnel profile updates are completed.

We also encouraged service providers to attend one of the upcoming live sessions discussing the updated personnel/location functionality in the portal before starting a new agreement to ensure they understand the changes and how it will impact their Agreement/portal account.
