Subject: Updated IT Security Awareness Training

Dear Service Provider,

The Department of Workforce Development (DWD) has updated the (IT) Security Awareness Training. The updated training is a prerequisite for the 2024-2026 DVR Service Agreement and must be completed by all active personnel and/or subcontractors listed in your DVR Service Provider portal account.

The training takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and DWD/DVR requires that all personnel and/or subcontractors print a training certificate of completion to keep on file within their agency.

Each personnel and/or subcontractor's portal accounts must be manually updated by your agency with a completion date on or after March 8, 2024*. (The 2024 training replaced the 2023 training on the DVR Service Provider website on March 8, 2024).

Tips

Disable browser "block pop-ups" in order to print the certificate.

Clear cache in browser before accessing the 2024 training.

To clear cache:

Click on the three dots on the far top right:
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security:
Select, Clear browsing data:
Select, Advanced > check Cached images and files > Clear data:
