Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Survey

Dear Service Provider,

The Department of Workforce Development (DWD), Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) has recently begun the work of rolling out its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Action Plan.

The Action Plan maps out a plan to work more closely with DVR Service Providers to identify DEI-related needs, provide DEI-related support, and work with Service Providers to build more equitable and inclusive experiences for DVR consumers.

DVR in collaboration with its contracted partner, Roadmap Research Global, developed a 7-minute survey designed to understand the current DEI-centered practices and needs of Service Providers.

Service Provider participation in this survey is voluntary. If you decide to participate, your responses will be anonymous and data will only be reported in aggregate to DVR.

Surveys will be accepted now through Friday, January 26, 2024, 4:30 PM. The survey can be accessed at: DVR Service Provider DEI Survey
