The Workforce Development Specialist (WDS) apprenticeship was developed to cultivate employers’ internal talent into master trainers. The WDS apprenticeship is a strategic expedition into uncovering and amplifying talent development potential, aligning individual growth with organizational milestones. Collaborate to achieve operational excellence, and refine your team's training skills while elevating your business capacity. Employers will equip employees with paid on-the-job training plus expert-led, flexible online courses focusing on industry-driven curriculum. Apprentices will gain skills to not just learn, but to teach, evaluate, and enhance workplace efficiency. Earn while you learn.
