Access to the Insurers' Pending Reports is restricted by a DWD Logon ID and password.

The following instructions will work for Windows 7 and we have instructions for Internet Explorer 11, Mozilla Firefox 53.0.2 (32 Bit), and Google Chrome 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit). Depending upon your browser and browser version, the steps may differ. The report data is in a comma delimited format, and can be imported into a spreadsheet and sorted.
After selecting the appropriate insurer or claim handler, choosing the applicable claim status, and clicking the Show Report button you will be taken to the Report Detail List screen. On the top left of the screen you will see a Save And/or Print Copy of Report button. Click on the button and you will be taken to the Load Report page.
On the top of the Load Report page there will be a hyperlink to a text file (extension txt). Click on it and the report data will open up in your web browser. Click File, highlight and click Save As and you will receive a Save Webpage pop-up. In the pop-up pick the location to which you want the file saved, rename the file (if you like) in the File Name field, and choose Text File in the Save As Type field if Text File does not prefill. Click the Save button.
Open your spreadsheet application, for example Excel 2010:
On the top of the Load Report page there will be a hyperlink to a text file (extension txt). Click on it and the report data will open up in your web browser. Right click on the screen, highlight Save Page As, and click. You will receive a Save As pop-up. In the pop-up pick the location to which you want the file saved, rename the file (if you like) in the File Name field, add the extension .txt to the file name, and choose Text Document in the Save As Type field. Click the Save button.
