Local WDB ITA Limitations

Description: This form is used statewide by local Workforce Development Boards (WDBs) to summarize their Individual Training Account (ITA) funding policies for training programs listed on the Eligible Training Programs List (ETPL).

Comments: DWD-DET requires each local WDB to complete the "Local WDB ITA Limitations" form and send the completed form to its assigned Local Program Liaison  (LPL) within five business days of the effective date of its Local Plan. If a Local WDB does not have limitations on ITAs, it must fill out the form indicating that it does not have limitations.
