2022-2023 Youth Apprenticeship Calendar

Date Description
July 1, 2022 Start of fiscal year 2023.
July 14, 2022 Presentation of Tier 3 Modernization materials. Modernized Occupational Pathways for Tiers 1 & 2 must be used starting this year. Pre-modernized and modernized Tier 3 materials can be used for the 2022-2023 program year.
July 31, 2022 Final invoices for program year 2021-2022 due.
September 2022 New Coordinator Training. Date TBD.
October 31, 2022 Final day for students to complete work hours for program year 2021-2022. Completion checklists must be uploaded by the end of the day on October 31.
January 2023 The Youth Apprenticeship Local Grants RFP is released. Date TBD.
March 31, 2023 The last day to register students for program year 2022-23 to count in the student counts for grant funding.
April 1, 2023 Final Student Count snapshot taken by DWD for grant funding.
June 2023 2 Student Profiles due.
July 1, 2023 Start of fiscal year 2024.
July 31, 2023 Final invoices for program year 2022-2023 due.
