    Selection Procedure

Many apprentices start their journey by completing the application process before getting hired by an ABC Contractor. Others get hired by an ABC contractor, who then sponsors them into an apprenticeship program. Like you, employers are investing in your future. They will want to know you are committed to this program before sponsoring you. Either way, the application process needs to be completed, and you need to be sponsored by an ABC contractor.
