Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) | PROVIDER PORTAL

The ETPL Provider Portal is temporarily unavailable while system updates are being completed. Training institution staff will be able to access the ETPL Provider Portal on July 1, 2022, to complete Continued Eligibility and, if applicable, complete the reapplication process.

IMPORTANT: The eligibility requirements for Wisconsin's ETPL have recently changed. Please carefully review the changes addressed in Chapter 7.0.2 (2022 ETPL Transition Guidance) of DWD's WIOA Title I-A & I-B Policy & Procedure Manual.

All existing institutions that do not meet the new definition for a "Standard" institution will, as part of the reapplication process, need to submit: 1) a new institution application and 2) new program applications for any previously approved programs. Institution and program information previously saved in the portal will still be available during the reapplication process; users will be prompted to submit some additional information for new institution and program eligibility determinations. Institutions that fail to timely submit new applications during the reapplication window (July 1, 2022 through August 31, 2022) will be removed from Wisconsin's ETPL and will need to submit new institution and program applications from scratch if they choose to reapply after August 31, 2022.
