Terms and Conditions of SOLAR

This Terms of Use Statement governs the way the Wisconsin SOLAR system collects, holds and uses data that you submit. Please be sure to read this entire Statement before using or submitting information. Wisconsin SOLAR system takes every precaution to protect the information of a user. When a user submits sensitive information via the website, the information is protected both on-line and off-line.

Validation: All Users must sign up to use the system and must be validated by agency staff before any data is available to them.
User ID and Password: All Users establish a unique User ID and Password when signing up. If you have an existing DWD/Wisconsin Logon, you may use that to log in to SOLAR. This DWD/Wisconsin Logon is required for all future access to the system.
Access: User information provided for validation will not be released, unless otherwise required by law. No User information will be sold for any purpose.

Responsibilities

Users must agree to follow the established criteria for use of the system with their sign up. Violations of these policies will result in the loss of access privileges:

Downloading / Accessing content: You agree to exercise caution when using and downloading (or uploading) any content or materials from this website and to use industry-recognized software to detect and remove viruses. You understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of this website is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data. Any content you download is provided "AS IS" and DWD disclaims any and all liability for such content. DWD does not provide technical support for any materials posted on or downloaded from the file exchange sections of this website

The State of Wisconsin reserves the right to modify or amend this Statement at any time.

I also understand any violation of this policy or this agreement will result in loss of access to Wisconsin SOLAR system. Use of Wisconsin's SOLAR application process requires your agreement with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
