Accessing BASERS will require MyWisconsin ID

Attention: A new way of logging on to the sBASERS provider portal will be coming soon, using MyWisconsin ID.


MyWisconsin ID provides access to various online state services and systems using a single user ID and password. In the near future, it will be mandatory to register for a MyWisconsin ID to log in to the sBASERS portal, as well as a multitude of other state online applications. This webpage will be updated with detailed registration instructions for MyWisconsin ID as the transition date approaches.


Until then continue to use your existing Wisconsin Logon credentials to access sBASERS.
