The Workforce Development Certificate is a new noncredit certificate and is designed for entry-level employees, displaced, underemployed, underserved employees, employees in transition or seeking a career change. The certificate will prepare participants with the skills necessary to be successful in the workplace. The program has six modules and is delivered in an interactive format that is 100% online and self-paced. Those who complete this non-credit certificate program will earn a digital badge. The Workforce Development certificate has six modules and 20 hours of online coursework. Topics include: 1. Strengthening Personal Communication (4 hours) 2. Advancing Technology and Digital Literacy (3 hours) 3. Building Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills (3 hours) 4. Embracing Diversity and Inclusion (4 hours) 5.
