1.4.11 Changes to Local WDB Membership

Effective date: July 1, 2017

To ensure continuous compliance with WIOA and this policy, any changes to the membership of the local WDB must be reported in writing to the Local Program Liaison assigned to the local area within 20 business days from the date of the change.

Notification shall include:

  • the name of the board member
  • the nature of the change (i.e. added, removed, etc.)
  • the organization represented
  • job title
  • category of inclusion (Business, Workforce, Education & Training, Government/Economic and Community Development, Other)
  • term of appointment; and
  • for any new member(s) added to the Board, a signed Conflict of Interest form attached to the notification.
