The Insurers' Pending Report system was designed as an informational tool to alert insurers on which and when required claim reports are due to the Worker's Compensation Division.
The Pending Report system now includes additional functionality. It provides Administrators the ability to enter 4 required reports directly to the Worker's Compensation Database system. Those reports are:
The Pending Report system is a secure site which requires the use of log-on identifications and passwords. Please read the instructions on How to Get Access to WC Secured Sites Using the DWD/WI Logon Management System before you attempt your first login.
Use the DWD/WI Logon Management System Access to proceed with your activation. Insurers are responsible for granting access to users.
If a password is lost or forgotten, go to the LogonID/Password Recovery.
After system activation, proceed to the Insurers' Pending Reports to view outstanding claims reports.
Insurance Letter #468 announces the addition of a feature to the Pending Reports that will give insurers and claims adjustors immediate electronic access to the most current Worksheets for claims that have one.

Insurance Letter #464 announces the addition of a feature to the Pending Reports that will give insurers and claims adjustors immediate electronic access to Division correspondence needing a reply from the insurer.

Insurance Letter #455 requires the WKC-13 (Supplemental Report) to be electronically filed. The WKC-13 will only be accepted on paper for claims that are litigated, fatalities, perm totals or involve social security offset. Some other payment types are also not reportable electronically, and these will also be accepted on paper.
Insurance Letter #453 requires the WKC-12 and the WKC-13-A (Wage Information Supplement) to be electronically filed. The WKC-12 will only be accepted via fax for Fatality Reporting purposes.
