Selected Staff

Following is a list of selected staff members of the Division of Worker's Compensation, followed by a list of major functional areas within the Division.

Bureau of Legal Services:

Provides hearings, processing medical fee disputes, and support activities.

Bureau of Claims Management:

Ensure compliance and provides claims information support and statistical data.

Processing of claims and disability estimates,  management of central files and records, research, vocational rehabilitation programs, and assisting public with inquiries. Provides statistical and research support.

Dispute Resolution Section:  Provide information regarding worker's compensation law and assist parties in resolving claim disputes. Call 608/266-1340 or 608/261-8472.

Bureau of Insurance Programs:

Regulation of self-insured employers; enforcement of WC insurance requirements.
