Equal Rights Substance Abuse Prevention (PRD)
This application is a searchable database that allows contracting entities to demonstrate employer compliance with the substance abuse prevention requirements for public works and public utility projects, under Wis. Stat.103.503. This application will aid the Equal Rights Division in performing outreach to stakeholders engaged in the provision of public works and public utility projects regarding the statute's requirements.
