DWD Secretary Newson Congratulates Two DWD Employees named YWCA Madison's 2015 Women of Distinction
MADISON –Department of Workforce Development (DWD) Secretary Reggie Newson today congratulated two DWD employees for being named YWCA Madison's 2015 Women of Distinction. Nia Enemuoh-Trammell, Administrative Law Judge in the Division of Worker's Compensation, and Enid Glenn, Director of the Bureau of Management Services in the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, are two of six recipients of YWCA's 2015 Women of Distinction Leadership Award.
"It is my honor to congratulate two DWD employees for being named 2015 Women of Distinction by YWCA Madison," said Secretary Newson. "As well as being exceptional employees, Nia and Enid are leaders in the community and proud representatives of DWD."
The Women of Distinction Leadership Awards are presented to nominees who meet criteria in areas such as leadership, serving as role models to other women, and giving back to the Dane County community. More than 195 Women of Distinction have been recognized since 1974.
The 2015 Women of Distinction Leadership Awards will be presented to Nia and Enid at the YWCA's Moxie Conference at the Monona Terrace on May 21, 2015.
