Description: The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 Section 181 require State and Local Administrative Entities to establish and maintain grievance and complaint policies and procedures to resolve alleging violations of the requirements of WIOA programs administered through the One-Stop-System from applicants, participants, and other interested parties. The procedures must provide complainants with a decision and the opportunity for a hearing within 60 days after the grievance/complaint is filed.
