Re: Grant Opportunity for Supported Employment Service Providers

Dear Service Provider,

Please see grant announcement below from the Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities (BPDD). Application attached to this email.

Thank you,

David Knuth
DVR Contract Specialist

Greetings!

The Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities (BPDD) wants to partner with Supported Employment service providers interested in strengthening their approach with businesses to reduce on-site job coaching services.

BPDD will provide grant funds and technical assistance to Supported Employment service providers to take new or creative approaches to reduce the need for job coaching. These approaches include better job matching and customization, employer engagement, systematic instruction, natural supports and paid coworker support options.

Grantees will receive technical assistance from a BPDD project consultant to plan and implement their work plan.

Check out the application for more information. Deadline to apply: Friday, May 26, at 5p.m. Application is also attached to this email.
