Dear Service Provider,

The following communication has only been sent to the Service Provider Main Contact. Please share with your staff as you see appropriate.

The Department of Workforce Development (DWD) has updated the (IT) Security Awareness Training and is requiring all agencies contracted with the State of Wisconsin to complete the training by Friday, September 1, 2023.

All active personnel and/or subcontractors listed in your DVR Service Provider portal account must complete the updated IT Security Training by Friday, September 1, 2023.

Each personnel and/or subcontractor's individual portal account must be manually updated by your agency with a completion date of July 27, 2023*- September 1, 2023 (*The 2023 training replaced the 2022 training on the DVR Service Provider website on July 27, 2023).

The training takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and DWD/DVR requires that all personnel and/or subcontractors print a training certificate of completion to keep on file within their agency.

Tips

Use Chrome as your browser since you may encounter issues when using other browsers such as Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer.

Disable browser "block pop-ups" in order to print the certificate.

Clear cache in browser before accessing the 2023 training.

To clear cache:

Click on the three dots on the far top right:
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security:
Select, Clear browsing data:
Select, Advanced > check Cached images and files > Clear data:
