Dear Service Provider,

The following communication has only been sent to the Service Provider Main Contact and contains important information about the 2022-2024 DVR Service Agreement.

Please share this communication with staff responsible for managing your DVR Service Agreement and Services Provider Portal Account.

What is the change?

DVR is implementing a mechanism to track statewide service provider wait lists.

Updated information on the process and responsibilities is included in the document: Service Interruption and Service Waitlist Information for DVR staff and Statewide Service Providers

Effective Date

November 1, 2022

Why is this change being made?

Effective July 1, 2022-June 30, 2024, included in the DVR Statewide Service Agreement, there are defined and established policies for providers to follow when they identify a statewide service interruption and/or a service waitlist.

Use of an automated tracking system will provide information for DVR staff and service providers. The system will allow for accurate and efficient means to share waiting list with consumers

What are the changes

The informational document defines terms used in the DVR service agreement for service interruptions and wait lists and establishes responsibilities and procedures.

A recorded presentation will be available at the end of October for DVR staff and providers to assist in use of the new features. A separate announcement will be made when available.
