DVR Service Agreement Update

From: Knuth, David - DWD
Sent: Tuesday, April 26, 2022

Dear Service Provider,

This communication has only been sent to the Service Provider Main Contact and contains important information about the 2022-2024 DVR Service Agreement term (Effective 07/01/2022 through 06/30/2024).

Please share with staff that are responsible for managing your agency's DVR Service Provider Portal Account and DVR Service Agreement (Agreement).

DWD/DVR is in the process of finalizing the 2022-2024 Agreement and renewal process for existing DVR Service Providers. DVR is working to have this process in place and communicated to all DVR Service Provider Main Contacts within the next several weeks.

Please do not submit an Agreement for the upcoming term at this time. Any Agreement that is submitted to DVR until further notice, will be denied, and Service Providers will be required to submit a new Agreement once the 2022-2024 Agreement is in place.

If you are interested in entering into the 2022-2024 Agreement, you are encouraged to begin working on the following 2022-2024 Agreement prerequisites:

DVR Service Provider Portal Updates:

Criminal Background Checks (CBC):

Ethics Training Requirement:
Personnel and/or subcontractors listed in the DVR Service Provider Portal must complete an Ethics training every five years.

For example, active personnel with an Ethics training completion date of 04/15/2017 or older, will be required to complete a new Ethics training.

Service Providers must ensure that each personnel's and/or subcontractor's Ethics training completion date remains in compliance throughout the Agreement term.

Security Awareness Training:
The DVR IT Security Training will be updated in the coming weeks. No action is required at this time for existing personnel and/or subcontractors. New personnel and/or subcontractors added to the DVR Service Provider Portal by your agency should continue to complete the training available at: https://media.wisconsin.gov/elearning/ext/sec_awareness/2021/dvr/story_html5.html.

DVR Statewide Service Provider Training:
No action is required at this time for existing personnel and/or subcontractors. New personnel and/or subcontractors added to your DVR Service Provider Portal Account should continue to complete the training available at: https://dwd.wisconsin.gov/dvr/service-providers/training/

DVR Technical Specifications & Statewide Service Fee Structure:
Recorded presentations explaining the changes to the DVR Technical Specifications will be posted in the coming weeks with an FAQ session to follow.

Final versions of the DVR Technical Specifications will also be made available at this time.

More information will be emailed to all DVR Service Provider Main Contacts in the coming weeks regarding the 2022-2024 Agreement, Agreement renewal process, and DVR Technical Specification/Fee Structure updates.
