Dear Valued DVR Service Provider,
As we consider returning to in-person service delivery, we want to keep channels of communication open and ensure the safety of staff and consumers. As business operations begin to open in Wisconsin, DVR would like to provide some follow up information, resources, and guidance you may find helpful when creating a plan for reopening.
DVR is following the State Government Badger Bounce Back Plan.
A variety of resources are available to help businesses and organizations develop reopening plans. While not a requirement, DVR asks that you work with your team to develop a reopening plan and share it with us so we can understand your plans and share your status with DVR staff.
Developing a reopening plan is a vitally important step to ensuring that safety issues are addressed before you resume in-person operations. Implementing a detailed plan can help prevent the spread of COVID-19, protecting your staff, DVR consumers, and DVR personnel from infection.
To share your reopening plan with us, please contact your local WDA Director by email and copy me at david.knuth@dwd.wisconsin.gov. Your plan may include information about your expected reopening date, anticipated hours, staffing, changes in services, capacity, specific reopening conditions, and any safety precautions you have established. If you are expecting to open in phases, you may also wish to include the criteria or benchmarks you intend to use for each phase.

You are also encouraged to consult local guidance when developing your plan. Each municipality can determine the parameters they use for opening businesses. Please check your town, city, or county websites for information based on the location(s) of your business.

Service delivery has been challenging during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we appreciate your continued patience, flexibility, and commitment to providing quality services to DVR consumers.
Sincerely,
