DVR Staff,

The cold case unit (CCU) in DVR Central Office is currently focused on the intake and eligibility pilot with UW Stout, Social Security reimbursement and other priorities.

The CCU will no longer be available to assist with consumer re-engagement requests from WDA staff.

CCU is still available to accept the wage verification referrals.
