Change Management Within Employment & Training
The vision for DET is to connect employers to Wisconsin talent and develop clients to meet demands driven by the labor market on skills, competency, and credentials requirements. Through the DET Change Management process, DET will promote continuous improvement, proactivity, and more balanced client and customer services.

The Change Management Process was begun as a way to identify and validate the processes that are part of the work that is completed by DET.
