In this hands-on, one-day workshop, you’ll discover what Agile really means, how it differs from traditional project management, and how to put Agile principles to work right away. You’ll explore key Agile frameworks, with a focus on Scrum and Kanban, learning how roles, ceremonies, and tools fit together to create high-performing teams. You’ll also get practical experience creating user stories and tasks, managing a product backlog, and running an Agile project from start to finish. By the end of the day, you’ll understand not just what Agile is, but how to make it work for you.
