Next Generation Builders (NGB) Pre-Apprenticeship Training Program is a comprehensive workforce development initiative designed to prepare individuals from underserved communities for successful careers in the construction industry. The program blends hands-on technical training, nationally recognized credentialing, and wrap around services to ensure participant are workforce ready to achieve long-term success. Participants begin with Module 00100: Build Your Future in Construction, which leads to the National Center for Construction Education & Research (NCCER) credential. This nationally recognized certification validates foundational construction skills and serves as a gateway to further training and careers in the trade union or non-union. Show More

To enroll in Next Generation Builders Pre-Apprenticeship Program, participants must meet the following criteria: • Be 18 years of age or older • Possess a valid driver’s license or demonstrate the ability to obtain one • Show a willingness to earn a High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) if not already attained These baseline requirements ensure participants are prepared to take full advantage of training, employment, and apprenticeship opportunities in the construction trades.

Next Generation Builders Pre-Apprenticeship Program offers a direct, high-impact pathway into the construction trades. Designed to meet industry standards and employer needs, this program equips participants with stackable, portable, and nationally recognized credentials opening doors to union and non-union opportunities across the country. Graduates emerge with the skills, certifications, and confidence to pursue apprenticeships, entry-level employment, or continued training in specialized trades.
Triumphant Training Center is proud to announce partnerships with both union and non-union employers to create direct pipelines to employment for our graduates. These collaborations ensure that participants gain not only industry recognized credentials but also real world skills aligned with current workforce demands. Upon successful completion, graduates will be invited to an exclusive hiring event featuring employers actively seeking candidates with the specialized skills and certifications acquired through our programs. This event represents a critical bridge between training and employment.
Graduates of Next Generation Builders Pre-Apprenticeship Program will receive ongoing support through career development, job placement, and retention services. These services are designed to ensure a smooth transition into the workforce and long-term success in the construction trades. Participants will benefit from: • Career coaching and resume development • Mock interviews and job readiness workshops • Direct connections to hiring employers • Support navigating union and non-union pathways • Ongoing mentorship and retention check-ins to promote job stability and career advancement This wraparound support model reinforces our commitment to not just training but transforming lives through sustainable employment.
