Standard Precautions provides Participants with the knowledge & skills to prevent the spread of infection & ensure a safe environment for residents, staff, & visitors in facilities. Teaches proper hand hygiene, use of PPE, safe handling of sharps & biohazardous materials, Fire Safety prepares Participants to recognize fire hazards, understand fire prevention strategies, & how to respond calmly & quickly in emergency situations. In addition, training covers the proper use of a fire extinguisher & the different types of extinguishers. First Aid/Choking provides Participants with the skills to respond to medical emergencies, including choking, cardiac/breathing & diabetic emergencies & many other emergencies. Medication Administration provides Participants with the knowledge and skills to safely administer medications, document accurately, and recognize potential side effects or errors. Must be at least 17/18 years of age, be able to read/write English at minimum 9th grade level, must present a valid Driver’s License/State ID and a valid email address.

On-going enrollment.
This program is designed to prepare Participants for employment in Supportive Home Care (SHC), Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRF), Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC), Supervised Independent Living (SIL), Nursing Homes or Hospitals. Hopefully, Participants further their careers by continuing their education in the medical field.

NO Additional FEE’s Required Upon REQUEST… One-on-One Career Coaching including: 101 Resume Building
No refunds are given; however, We will handle each enrollee on a case by case scenario because we understand that life has a way of changing our plans. Participant can be added to a different training session. The Participant should be strategic when enrolling because they only have one additional opportunity to enroll and it must be within three months of the missed enrollment or the Participant forfeits the initial payment.
