STUDENTS RIGHT TO CANCEL All requests for withdrawal will need to be submitted in writing. If a student withdraws from the CDL program ten (10) working days prior to the first day of class, all tuition and fees will be refunded, less a $25. administrative fee. If a student withdraws out of the CDL program prior to the first day of class, all tuition will be refunded, less the CDL associated/non refundable fees and a $25.00 administrative fee. A student has the right to cancel their enrollment.
