Empowers participants to act confidently in an emergency with Trinity Lifesaver Training, a 4-hour American Red Cross–certified course in CPR, First Aid, and AED. Taught by expert instructors, this hands-on training equips you with the critical skills to recognize, respond to, and manage cardiac, breathing, and first aid emergencies in adults, children, and infants until professional help arrives. Participants will learn: - How to perform high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants - The proper use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) - First aid skills to respond to bleeding, choking, burns, sudden illnesses, and injuries - How to recognize and act in time-sensitive emergencies Upon successful completion, participants will receive a 2-year American Red Cross certification card in CPR/First Aid/AED.
