The Art of the Line is a six week culinary program designed to prepare adults with skill to move from a cook at home to a chef in a commercial kitchen. Participants of the Art of the Line program will gain credibility and connections to major employers within the culinary industry.
A program that requires its students to demonstrate they have successfully acquired a set of skills or knowledge base prior to completing the program. Compare to a "time-based" training program that results in successful completion if the students participate in a certain number of instructional hours.

Signature Sweets participants successfully completing the Art of the Line program will earn a ServSafe Certification and Certificate of Completion recognized by partnering companies
Participants will be engaged through Case Management and Workforce Development staff to identify barriers of employment and develop a comprehensive plan for job attainment with family sustaining wages. Each participant will develop a professional resume with staff, gain interviewing skills through our Job Readiness Curriculum and gain access to multiple employers during and at the completion of their training.
Signature Sweet is partnered with the Fiserv for post training employment opportunities.
Criminal background review and assessment (Training includes site visits to hospitals, hotels, and restaurants that may have strict restrictions for back office activities)
