Five Star Childcare Certification Program – Career Pathway Description
Five Star Childcare Certification Program is part of a structured career pathway designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills, credentials, and experience to advance in the early childhood education field.
Career Pathway Overview
This program provides foundational training in childcare, early education, and regulatory compliance, allowing participants to enter the workforce as childcare providers, assistant teachers, or lead teachers while progressing toward higher-level certifications and career opportunities.
Five Star Childcare Certification Program – Job Placement Services
As part of the Five Star Childcare Certification Program, we offer job placement services to help participants transition into the workforce and advance in their childcare careers. Our goal is to connect certified individuals with licensed childcare centers, early learning programs, and other educational institutions in need of qualified staff.
Job Placement Support Includes:

Partnerships with licensed childcare centers in Milwaukee and surrounding areas

Childcare Tutoring Services – Five Star Educational Training Center
At Five Star Educational Training Center, we offer specialized tutoring services to support individuals pursuing a career in childcare and early childhood education. Whether you’re preparing for certification exams, need help understanding licensing regulations, or want guidance on classroom management and curriculum planning, our tutoring services provide one-on-one and group support tailored to your needs.
Childcare Tutoring Services Offered:
¿ Childcare Foundation Training (CCFT) Support
Assistance with understanding DCF 251 licensing rules and regulations
Study help for key topics such as child development, health & safety, and lesson planning
Practice quizzes and interactive learning to reinforce knowledge
Included Training & Certifications:
¿ Introduction to Child Care Profession – Covers foundational knowledge required for childcare providers.
¿ Infant and Toddler Care – Focuses on early childhood development, safety, and best practices for working with young children.
¿ Skills and Strategies for the Child Care Teacher – Provides practical teaching methods and classroom management techniques.
¿ Abusive Head Trauma Training – Required training on recognizing and preventing abusive head trauma (shaken baby syndrome).
¿ Child Abuse & Neglect Training – Mandated training to identify and report child abuse and neglect.
¿ Tutoring Support – Assistance with coursework, test preparation, and compliance requirements.
Additional Fees (Not Included in the $1,285 Tuition):
¿ CPR & First Aid Certification – $85 (required for all childcare professionals).
