Optimize talent and performance as a training professional with a certificate program designed to ensure employees make the most of their talent and maximize performance. You will also learn how to create an underlying strategy and organized activities to assure employee development aligns with the forward progress of your organization.

Registration is open up to one week before first session.
$799 for the full program, or $99 per session.
When canceling 10 days before class start date, a full refund minus a $25 processing fee will be given. There will be no refunds with notice less than 10 days before class start date.
