"No prerequisites to take this program, you should be familiar with using a personal computer, mouse, and keyboard. You should be comfortable in a Windows environment and have the ability to launch and close activities and navigate to information stored on the computer. You will also need to manage files and folders. Certification Requirements: Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) You must have previous experience as an administrative assistant to be eligible to sit for the Certified Administrative Professional certification exam. Candidates must meet specific education and administrative office support professional experience, which are: No College Degree - 4 years of relevant work experience is required Associates Degree - 3 years of relevant work experience is required Bachelor's Degree - 2 years of relevant work experience is required All relevant work experience must have been earned within the last ten years.

Exam Voucher costs and additional expenses
For refunds requested within ten (10) calendar days commencing on the date listed as the Start Date in the Student Center, one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition amount shall be refunded, provided no more than fifty percent (50%) of the program has been completed and all course materials are returned in as-new condition to us at the Student’s expense within 10 days from the date return instructions are sent. PLEASE NOTE:

MAKING SENSE OF THE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES:

"Average quarterly wages" means the total wages earned in a three-month period by all students who completed the program ("completers"), divided by the total number of completers.

"Median quarterly wages" means all the completers' quarterly wages are placed in order from lowest to highest and then we identify the student's wages in the middle. This information is provided because averages can be greatly influenced by really high and low wage earners.

To estimate monthly wages, divide the quarterly wages by three.
