Medication Administration Training is a class required by the state of Wisconsin to be taken by someone wishing to pass medications at Community-Based, Residential Facility (CBRF) Assisted Living or Memory Care home. This training can be taken at any time. The Healthcare Workforce Training Institute's Medication Administration classes are offered in-person at their Eau Claire Education Center. Whether a CBRF (assisted living facility) presently employs you or you desire to enhance your resume, the Healthcare Workforce Training Institute welcomes you to enroll in any of our classes.

Classes are offered multiple times per month in a variety of locations and times, which means that students can register at any time for whatever class fit their schedule.
The CBRF Medication Administration course is provided to resident care employees working in assisted living, memory care, or group homes. Often this is a forward movement in their career, which is accompanied by more responsibilities and an increase in pay. After completing this course, the individual can pass medications in this setting, but it also can move them forward toward other career avenue such as certified nursing assistant (CNA), licensed practical nurse (LPN), or registered nurse (RN).
The cost for the CBRF Medication Administration class is $195.00, which includes all books, printed materials, and the CBRF State Registry Fee.
A refund may be request in writing up to 10 days prior to the first day of class. There is a 10% administrative fee for all refunds.
