Community-Based Residential Facilities (CBRF): Approved Training Program by University of Wisconsin Green Bay. This course is in compliance with Department of Health Services 83. After successful meeting training requirements students will be placed on the University of Wisconsin Green Bay Caregiver Academy Registry.
A program that requires its students to demonstrate they have successfully acquired a set of skills or knowledge base prior to completing the program. Compare to a "time-based" training program that results in successful completion if the students participate in a certain number of instructional hours.

CBRF is entry level into the medical profession therefore students are encouraged to enroll into CNA followed by Nursing, Medical Assistant or Certified Medication Administrative Assistant.
State Registration Fee of $20 per course.
No refunds will be given after class start. No refunds will be given for no call no show.
