NTL's 75-hour CNA Training Program will provide the Knowledge and Skills to its participants to successfully become Certified and Employed. Participants will be given the classroom/hands on approach with patient care during Clinical to apply what was learned in the class room so they are prepared to take the required Knowledge/Skills Exam. Passing both exams will give participants the Wisconsin Certification as a Nursing Assistant. After the successful completion, CNA's will be eligible for employment @ Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Assistant Living Facilities, Home Healthcare, Hospice and Private Duty cases. Show More

Participants will need to be able to read and write Participants will need to be COVID Vaccinated, or have a COVID waiver which is provided, per Clinical Site Requirements (Exemptions are now Accepted) Participants will need to be able to lift 30lbs and physically able to perform caregiver duties as outlined in "PHYSICAL & OTHER ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS" Background Check will have to be free from Abuse, Neglect, Battery, Homicide ect..

Becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant opens pathways to the nursing field, after completing the Certification the participant can enroll in a Community College and start an LPN Program or RN Program with continued education that can lead to RN BSN

State Exams: Knowledge/Skills Exam (Does Not Include Retakes), Gait Belt, 1 Step TB Skin Tests, Background Checks, Badges, Certificates, 2 Uniforms and Codes to Practice Exams from Headmaster
Refunds will ONLY be returned if the participants if their Background Check disqualifies them from the program. Rescheduling will be permitted @ the Program Instructors discretion. NO OTHER EXCEPTIONS

PLEASE NOTE:

If there are fewer than eight enrollments in the training program, only the "Enrollments" number will be displayed; all other data is hidden in order to help protect the students' identities. The "Employment Outcomes" are calculated using information from Wisconsin's Unemployment Insurance Wage database. Most employers are required to report certain employment information to the State of Wisconsin, including quarterly wage information for their employees. Students whose information could not be verified in this database are excluded from these outcomes. If a "0" shows for any of these outcomes, it means that none of the students' information could be verified.

MAKING SENSE OF THE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES:

"Average quarterly wages" means the total wages earned in a three-month period by all students who completed the program ("completers"), divided by the total number of completers.

"Median quarterly wages" means all the completers' quarterly wages are placed in order from lowest to highest and then we identify the student's wages in the middle. This information is provided because averages can be greatly influenced by really high and low wage earners.

To estimate monthly wages, divide the quarterly wages by three.
