Mindful has partnership with Major hospital organizations where we offer our candidates a number of positions in various. These positions come with full benefits package and tuition reimbursement allowing to immediately begin schooling in higher fields such at RN, MA and other higher level medical careers.
We hire our graduates and become the employer of record for individuals. This allows us to place graduates in jobs with partner organizations and carry the cost and risk, so that partner organization carry less liability during the on-boarding process. This encourages the partner to open more positions to Mindful Graduates so that every graduate has a fair opportunity after completing training. Individuals are hired at a starting rate of $18.50 and after 90 days receive a $3-$5 raise based on performance during the 90 days.
Supportive services: CBRF Testing (4 Tests); $80 CNA State Exam $125; Basic Life Support $20; First-Aid $20; Clinical Required Scrubs $40; Med background check $20; TB Skin tests $65; Pre-employment drug screen $50; Resume Development, Employment options
In the event that a participant has already acquired CBRF certification, class will constitute of CNA training, HIPPA training, AHA Full First-Aid training, AHA Adult Infant and Child CPR/AED training for healthcare providers, and Blood Pressure training, and consist of 128 credit hours at a total cost of $4,500.
